Idle Journey Is Now Out

Idle Journey Is Now Out

HyperBeard has added another cosy title to its mobile library. It’s Tsuki Tea House: Idle Journey, which follows Tsuki the bunny. Yep, it’s the same one from HyperBeard’s earlier hit Tsuki’s Odyssey. And you’ll find many other similar faces from the previous Tsuki titles.

It’s the gentle pace of rural life

This time, instead of wandering through adventures, Tsuki is settling down in a countryside tea house. He settles into the countryside to run a small tea house. You’ll spend your time preparing different blends and serving snacks. Just like a real café, you’ll make sure guests feel welcome enough to return.

As the tea house starts to gain regulars, there’s room to expand the menu and upgrade the décor. And also the opportunity to hire staff to keep things running smoothly. The surrounding village has its own charm too, with new characters and recipes that you’ll discover as the business grows.

The gameplay in Tsuki Tea House: Idle Journey is quite relaxed, even when it gets busier. Unlocking more recipes and improving the space is gradual and unhurried. After all, it’s Tsuki’s world, and everything here is supposed to have a feel-good factor.

Even the tasks of managing customers and keeping everything in order are very soothing. It’s the gentle art style and soft visuals that do so, creating a calm backdrop. Watching Tsuki and the other characters go about their day is so pleasant.

Every customer has different tastes as well as stories to share. They range from a variety of animal species, including bears, chickens and capybaras. You have the regular ones, like Tsuki’s trusted friends Chi, the giraffe, and Moca, the turtle.
