The PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2025 concluded with an intense finale on April 13, as Regnum Carya Esports from Turkey lifted the trophy. Along with the first prestigious global prestigious title of 2025, they also took home the grand prize of $100,000.
The squad accumulated 106 points, notching up two Chicken Dinners and 62 eliminations across 12 matches, sealing their status as world champions, Regnum Carya remained the most dominant team when it came to securing eliminations in mid games.

Nigma Galaxy, one of the favorites had every chance to bridge the 20 point gap with Regnum Carya on last day. The MEA hits made it till the final circle three times in the last day yet couldn’t secure the obvious wins in a single one of them owing to some inconsistent positioning and communication gap among the players. Even so, they were able to take over Goat Quality and finish second in the very next match and took home the runner-up prize of $50,000 USD.
THE721 AGGRESSOR were one of the tournament’s biggest surprises and grabbed third place with 85 points. Their final match victory propelled them into the top three, securing $40,000 USD and gave their home crowd a memorable time in at the Renaissance Hall, Zo’r TV in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The PMGO 2025 began with global and Uzbekistan-specific qualifiers, leading to Prelims featuring 16 teams from various regions. The top 7 from Prelims joined 8 invited teams and Uzbekistan’s finalist in the Main Event. The Main Event, conducted on April 12–13, featured 16 teams competing under the innovative Smash Rule format, where teams aimed to surpass an 80-point threshold to become Match Point Eligible.
By winning, Regnum Carya Esports secured a $100,000 prize and an extra slot for their region at the 2025 PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) in Riyadh. This means that Europe, the region represented by Regnum Carya, will have one extra team participating in the PMWC 2025.
